OK, let me get back on track and try to let you know about these within a day or two of discovery. Sorry about my last few Alerts, but I was trying to hunt down some of those tips before reporting them to you. I will send an Alert right away, and then as I can verify them or get more info, I will send updates in future Alerts. Please send me as much info as you can when you find a new Promo, use this one as kind of a guide (you don't need as many words, just the facts).

I was just complaining about the Collectible Wheaties boxes with no Promo, when I found this one. The #43 Wheaties Pontiac (doesn't say, but it must be 2000). For 2 UPCs from Wheaties, $1.00 P&H and the original official order form, you can get up to 2 per address by 12/01/01. I've seen so many of these without the order form, so I'll give you the date code on the one I found, it's "29NOV01 YY045912 B". I don't know what the shelf life is, so I can only guess about a year - that makes this maybe 9 months old. This is the first I've seen or heard about this one. This one was on an 18oz box in the Legends of Racing series. So of course it says, "Collect all 4 boxes" AFTER I wrote the editorial for the next newsletter. Anyway, the 4 boxes feature Richard Petty, Ned Jarrett, Benny Parsons, and Cale Yarborough. This box has Cale's #11 Holly Farms Chevy (late '70s) on the front. The cereal aisle is a dangerous place to be, one collector has been banned from that aisle by his wife!
