I will no longer contact you first to ask permission to broadcast information, it slows down the whole process of getting this info out to all of you.
So henceforth; tell me in the eMail if you don't want something included in an Alert or eNewletter.
Also, I will use first name and location, or just first name if you don't include city or state unless you sign your eMails with something else.
I hope this is OK with all of you, so far, everyone I contacted was happy to get this info in an Alert, and used their first name for the credit line.

Now, the important info...
I got the other #3 Oreo list emailed to my work address and I forgot to forward it home.
I'll send it soon, but there are more than 7 differences (now that he was really looking for us).
I also stopped by another NAPA Parts store today and saw the new cars - two people told me about them, and I didn't notice anyone mention they are 1:24 (they might have, and I just glossed over it).
Anyway the Stars and Bars looks real nice, I'll have to get one as soon as I get 32.95 and tax.
The other one is a bank and was "around $42.00", one on the counter was open and everything was very detailed, painted engine and interior, driveline and exhaust.
The only thing I would have added are some cables - spark plug wires and the like.

I learned that it was coming out in November, and might only be available at CVS.
I stopped by a CVS in a nearby town yesterday and found TWO. (A/S PLUS COLD Medicine & A/S PLUS FLU Medicine)
The clerk admitted that they were not supposed to be on the shelf until Thursday, Nov. 1.
But, being a diecast junkie I bought them anyway.
The cars are blue with bubbles on horizontal surfaces like the other Alka-Seltzer cars.
The hood and rear deck "Alka-Seltzer Plus" (yellow letters).
The side panel to rear quarter is "CVS/Pharmacy."
Thanks to all you folks looking, we have another early Alert!!!
One question Larry, was it the same exact car on two different products, or two different cars?
